Our relationship with App Harvest started with painting one of their hydroponic shipping container farms at Rowan County High school in Morehead, KY. The purpose of this tech is to teach FFA students about sustainable, indoor farming. Soon after we went on to paint a large indoor mural displayed at their multi-hundred acre farm outside of Morehead, Kentucky. This company is at the cutting edge of sustainable farming technology and is invigorating Appalachia with new farming methods.

Beyond painting the App Harvest headquarters, we’ve now painted over a dozen stand alone hydroponic containers. These “LET’S GROW” containers are placed at High Schools throughout Appalachian Kentucky to help students learn how to grow their own food.
